Here’s How the Rent-2-Own Process Works With Our Play-Sets

Example Model 1000: Payment is $77.35 + $5.41 Tax = $82.76 Total Payment + $100 Deposit = $177.35 Up-Front

  • Payments are based on 24 months with no early pay-off penalty.
  •  A security deposit is required when Renting-2-Own. This amount is shown on the play-set description page. The security deposit will be applied to your last monthly payment.
  • No credit check or employment documentation is required.
  • Any amount paid over the regular payment can be applied to your principal balance.
  • You will receive a payment book in the mail at which time you can set up automatic payments if you like.
  • When you have finished paying for your play-set we will send you an Ownership-Title for your play-set.
  • If you choose to Rent-2-Own a play-set for only a short amount of time, we will pick it up and it will not affect your credit.

Here’s How the 90 Days Same as Cash Process Works with Our Play-Sets

  • One third of the total balance is paid up-front to start your order. Your next payment will be due before 60 days and your final payment will be due before 90 days.

Delivery and Set Up Information

  • Desired location needs to be reasonably level for installation.
  • Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery and installation.
  • The location you select needs to be accessible by a full size pick-up truck and trailer.
  • No ground preparation is needed in most areas.
  • One of our experienced drivers will call and schedule delivery with you. Actual set-up time is about 1 hour. After set-up your Play-Set is ready to use!
